The study and understanding of this vineyard in each vintage and the peculiarities of the place allow us to produce wines that express the extreme climate and the identity of this region.
In the cellar we use eggs and concrete basins, stainless steel tanks, and 2500 and 5000 liter cases of unroasted French oak.
